We’ve chosen the the GTI 640M for our comparison as it was a popular and highly rated mobile gaming GPU. It was a standard issue on the ROG high-end machines along with the 660M for some time and continues to run current games like Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and producing steady +120 FPS in games like CS GO.
Below is a quick look at the new power available for laptops – and this doesn’t even include the GTI 970 or the insane GTI 980 (with no ‘M’) which we’ll take a closer look at in another thread. 🙂
